The WIN Clinical Team has designed a portfolio of evaluations.  As to which and what components of an evaluation are included for a patient, a patient's medical history is instrumental is helping ensure the WIN Clinical Team starts with the appropriate evaluation.

WIN Evaluations are COMPREHENSIVE, PATIENT-FAMILY ORIENTED and designed to find the root causes of why improvements are not happening for an individual patient.

Our Evaluations are categorized into a three levels and increase in depth as each level.
